Yes. You can request a specific courier in the order notes, but approval depends on operational feasibility and additional charges may apply.
What shipping terms do you use? +
Shipments are handled under DAP (Delivered At Place) terms, and the buyer remains responsible for import duties, customs clearance fees, VAT, and local taxes.
How long does delivery usually take? +
In-stock items are typically delivered within 1 to 10 business days, with many destinations arriving in 2 to 4 business days. Out-of-stock or supplier items depend on availability and destination.

Returns & Refunds
How long do I have to request a return? +
Where applicable by law, withdrawal requests must be submitted within 14 days from delivery. All returns still require prior written approval.
Do all returns require authorization? +
Yes. Every return requires a Return Authorization (RMA). Returns sent without RMA are rejected automatically.
What condition must returned goods be in? +
Returned products must be unused, uninstalled, in original condition, and include original packaging, seals, and labels with proper external protection.

Yes. The warranty applies to new, refurbished, and used or surplus products unless otherwise stated in writing for a specific item.
How do I report damage, incorrect delivery, or a warranty issue? +
