2. Worldwide Shipping

We provide worldwide shipping through our strategic logistics partnerships with:

  • DHL Express
  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • Aramex
  • TNT

During checkout, the courier’s name may be displayed for reference purposes only and does not indicate final carrier selection.

Platinum International reserves the right to select the most suitable shipping carrier based on:

  • Destination country
  • Service reliability
  • Delivery performance
  • Operational experience

If the customer requires a specific courier service, this must be clearly stated in the order notes section during checkout.

Please note:

  • Such requests are subject to approval
  • Additional charges may apply depending on the selected carrier and destination
  • Platinum International reserves the right to accept or decline such requests based on operational feasibility

3. Shipping Method & Terms

  • All shipments are handled under DAP (Delivered At Place) terms.
  • The buyer is fully responsible for:
    • Import duties
    • Customs clearance fees
    • VAT or local taxes

Failure to pay these charges may result in:

  • Shipment delays
  • Return of goods
  • Additional costs borne by the customer

4. Delivery Timeframes

In-Stock Items

In-Stock Items

  • Standard delivery: 1–10 business days
  • Typical delivery to most countries: 2–4 business days
  • Remote areas / islands / special zones: up to 10 business days

Out-of-Stock / Supplier Items

  • Delivery times may vary depending on:
    • Manufacturer lead time
    • Supplier processing delays

5. Heavy & High-Value Shipments

For large, heavy, or high-value items:

  • Shipment may be arranged via Air Cargo or Freight Forwarding
  • Transit time is generally similar to express shipping
  • However, flight booking and handling may require 5–7 additional days

6. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on:
    • Weight / volumetric weight
    • Destination
    • Service level

Platinum International reserves the right to:

  • Adjust shipping costs if:
    • Carrier rates change
    • Dimensions or weight differ from system estimates
    • Special handling is required

Customers will be notified in case of any adjustment prior to shipment.

7. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed after:
    • Payment confirmation
    • Stock verification
  • Tracking details will be provided once the shipment is dispatched.
  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear on carrier systems.

8. Delivery Responsibility

  • Once the shipment is handed over to the courier,
    Platinum International is not responsible for delays caused by:

    • Courier operations
    • Customs clearance
    • Force majeure events

9. Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers must:

  • Inspect goods upon delivery
  • Report any visible damage or discrepancy immediately

Signing delivery documents confirms acceptance of goods in good condition unless stated otherwise.

10. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure to deliver caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Strikes or labor disruptions
  • Transportation issues
  • Government restrictions

11. Important Notice

  • Shipping timelines are estimates, not guarantees
  • Any incorrect shipping information provided by the customer may lead to delays or additional costs
  • Refusal to accept shipment due to customs charges is considered a customer responsibility case
