1. Accepted Currencies

We accept payments in all major international currencies.

Our preferred currency is United States Dollars (USD).
We also accept:

  • EUR (Euro)
  • GBP (British Pound)

⚠️ Any currency conversion fees are the responsibility of the customer.

We provide secure and reliable payment options for international transactions.

3. Bank Transfer (Wire Transfer)

After completing checkout:

  • You will receive:
    • IBAN
    • SWIFT/BIC code
  • A confirmation email will include full payment details

Important Payment Conditions:

  • The full invoiced amount must be received in our account
  • All bank charges, intermediary fees, and transfer costs must be fully covered by the sender

⚠️ Platinum International is NOT responsible for any deducted fees or short payments for any reason

  • If a payment is received less than the invoiced amount:
    • We reserve the right to:
      • Request payment of the remaining balance before processing the order, OR
      • Reject and return the payment

⚠️ In case of refund due to incomplete payment:

  • Any bank charges, transfer fees, or currency losses are fully borne by the customer
