Mild Steel Flat Bar

Mild steel -low carbon steel is a type of carbon steel with a low amount of carbon, Nowadays, it is being produced with  0.05% to 0.25% carbon by weight. because of, carbon and alloying element content are relatively low, it is not alloy steel. Mild steel has various Grades including ST52, ST42, and more.

ISO 630 – 2 in particular,  has 7.85 g/cm³ Density, and the equivalent steel grades according to nationalities: EN 10025 in European union, JIS G 3135 in Japan, DIN 17100 in Germany with grades ST52, ST52-3, ST52-3U

Mild steel properties
