Honeywell Reverse Rinsing Actuator – Model Z11S
The Honeywell Z11S Reverse Rinsing Actuator is a highly efficient and reliable device designed to facilitate automated reverse rinsing operations. It features easy-to-use push buttons for setting time intervals and manual operation of the reverse rinsing process. The actuator also includes digital indicators that show both the time interval set and the number of reverse rinsing cycles completed. It further provides a countdown timer indicating the time remaining before the next programmed cycle.
Equipped with a reset button to clear the cycle counter, the Z11S ensures that settings are preserved even during power failures. It comes pre-set with a 45-day interval but can be adjusted to 16 different time intervals ranging from 4 minutes to 3 months. The actuator also has a battery run-on feature in case of mains supply failure, along with integral electrical suppression to ensure stable operation.
For enhanced flexibility, the Z11S can be connected to a differential pressure switch, remote operation, or monitoring systems. The unit™s bayonet connection allows for quick and tool-free installation. With a protection class of IP55 and a high-quality synthetic housing, the Z11S is built for durability and reliable performance in demanding environments.
