Elbow is a joint between two pipes in the piping system in order to change the direction of the flow in the pipeline.
Types of Elbow
Generally, stainless steel elbows can be machined as welding (socket weld, butt-weld ), and threaded. However, there are different angels of the elbow curve (90°, 45°, 22.5). - Connection specifications such as thread connection type (NPT, BSP, BSPT, DIN2999), or weld type e.g. Socket welding or Butt-weld.
- Line pressure to specify the wall thickness of fittings by schedule or else.
- Line outer diameter size.
