Products may originate from secondary markets and may not always represent the latest manufacturer version.

4. Orders & Contract Formation
- Orders may be placed through:
- Website checkout
- Email communication
- Official purchase orders (POs)
- An order is considered binding only after:
- Confirmation by Platinum International
- Full payment receipt
We reserve the right to:
- Accept or reject any order
- Adjust quantities or delivery timelines
- Cancel orders due to unavailability or operational reasons
5. Product Information & Condition
- Product images are for reference only and may not exactly represent the actual item
- Products may:
- Belong to older series or versions
- Show signs of storage or previous handling (for surplus/used items)

6. Pricing & Payment Terms
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice
- Orders are processed only after full payment is received
Bank Transfers
- The full invoiced amount must be received without any deductions
- All bank charges, intermediary fees, and currency differences are the customer’s responsibility
If a payment is received incomplete:
- We may request the remaining balance, or
- Reject and return the payment
Other Payment Methods
Payments via PayPal and card (via PayPal gateway) are processed securely.
Platinum International does not store payment details.
7. Availability & Order Cancellation

In case of damage:
- Mark: “Received with reservation – damaged”

10. Returns, Warranty & Claims
All returns and warranty claims are governed by our official policies.

- Returns must be shipped under DDP terms
- Warranty period: 6 months

Refunds are issued only if:
