1. Warranty Coverage
Platinum International Co. for Industrial Technology provides a 6-month limited warranty starting from the date of delivery.
This warranty applies to:
- New products
- Refurbished products
- Used / surplus products (unless otherwise stated in writing)
2. Warranty Scope
The warranty covers:
- Functional defects under normal and proper use
- Manufacturing defects (where applicable)
- Verified non-conformity, including incorrect items supplied
3. Customer Protection (Non-Conformity)
Customers are protected in case of:
- Incorrect product delivery
- Product received damaged
Any such issue must be reported within 14 days from the date of delivery.
The customer must provide:
- Clear photos
- Detailed description of the issue
- Order number or invoice reference
Failure to report within this period may result in rejection of the claim.
4. Warranty Claim Procedure
To request warranty service, the customer must contact:

- Order number
- Product details
- Description of the issue
- Supporting photos or videos (if applicable)
All warranty claims are subject to prior review and approval.
5. Inspection & Evaluation
All products must be returned only after receiving Return Authorization (RMA).
Returned items will be inspected within:
- 3–10 working days after arrival
Warranty approval is subject to technical evaluation and verification.
6. Warranty Resolution
If the claim is approved, Platinum International will, at its sole discretion:
- Repair the product, or
- Replace the product, or
- Issue a refund (only if repair or replacement is not feasible)
⚠️ Refunds are considered a last option only.
7. Shipping for Warranty Claims
All warranty returns must be shipped under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) Incoterms unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The customer is responsible for:
- Return shipping costs
- Duties and taxes
- Customs clearance
- Insurance
⚠️ Any shipment sent with unpaid charges will be refused.
8. Warranty Limitations
This warranty applies only to:
- The specific product sold
- The original purchaser
The warranty is not renewed or extended after repair or replacement.
9. Warranty Void Conditions
The warranty is void if:
- Products are improperly installed, handled, or used
- Used outside technical specifications
- Incorrect voltage or electrical connection
- Products are opened, modified, or tampered with
- Serial numbers or labels are removed or damaged
- Non-original or incompatible parts are used
- Unauthorized repair attempts are made
- Damage caused by:
- Power surges
- Fire, water, or environmental factors
- Mishandling or improper storage
10. Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Consumables
- Cosmetic issues
- Software or configuration issues
- Compatibility issues with customer systems
- Incorrect diagnosis by the customer
⚠️ The customer is responsible for verifying compatibility before purchase.
11. Limitation of Liability
Platinum International shall not be liable for:
- Downtime
- Production loss
- Loss of profit
- Installation or removal costs
- Indirect or consequential damage
